The venue rental includes access to main hall, coat check room, bathrooms, bridal suite, deck on Lake Washington, show kitchen and bar area. The rental includes access to and use of any ice machine & ice, tables, chairs, couches, flatware, silverware and assorted glassware within the venue. Tyee will provide event staff for set-up and breakdown of table and chairs, including room-flip for reception. All additional setup and teardown, including décor, is the responsibility of the Patron.
The venue rental does not include access to or the cost of bartenders or alcohol. Patron may, subject to all applicable laws, including without limitation all liquor laws, provide their own alcohol with a valid banquet permit. Any bartenders shall be subject to the reasonable approval of Tyee.
General guidelines for bartender staffing with beer, wine & two (2) specialty drinks service: under 75 guests, one (1) bartender, 75 - 150 guests, two bartenders, 150 - 200 guests, three (3) bartenders. If client requests two (2) separate bar locations, then a minimum of three (3) bartenders are recommended.
